Fees

Given the diverse nature of the SMSF industry coupled with the fact no two funds are the same, SMSF Boutique offers the following fee structure as a guide.  Be assured all fees are agreed on between SMSF Boutique and the trustees prior to commencement of any works.

 

• Year End Compliance (avg fund*): $990 inc GST

• Year End Compliance (complex fund*): POA

• Third Party Audit (avg fund no breaches): $440 inc GST

• Third Party Audit (complex fund/breaches): POA

• Fund Set Up inclusive of corporate trustee: $$$$$$

• SMSF Borrowing inclusive of bare trust company: $$$

• Actuarial Certificate if required: $187 inc GST

 

 

* SMSF's Boutiques definition of an average size fund is rather broad.  An example would be a two member fund (accumulation or pension phase), invests in assets such as one or two properties, a reasonable amount of shares or managed funds with a reasonable amount of trades, and more importantly orderly records are maintained and provided.

 

*The definition of a complex fund would be investments in related party unit trusts, derivatives, active trading, unusual investments, has breaches and or disorganised records.
